Shipping to Europe is by ’Colissimo Europe’, a service of the French post office that includes on-line tracking. For the rest of the world, shipping is by Colissimo International. You will not be able to track your order, but all items sent by Colissimo International includes insurance and requests signature upon delivery. The shipping charges depend on the weight of the order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. In the event of a delay, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, fax, mail or email.
Once we have processed your order we will send you an email communicating the the tracking number. If you are within France/EU (including Switzerland) you can check your delivery status on www.coliposte.net. For all other countries please expect your deliveries within 12 - 21 working days.
The customer is responsible for all customs charges incurred for their country. Please check with your customs. It is the customer’s responsibility, and in his/her best interest, to immediately inform the shipping company directly of any eventual damage or loss of goods during transport.
All orders are expressed in Euros. Royalcheese accepts Visa, Mastercard.
TRANSPORT CHARGES
The delivery charges are automatically calculated as soon as you add an article to your basket. The final fee will appear when you finish your order. Expenses of deliveries are calculated according to the weight of the articles (see tables in under)
