The ones that don't look like much, but that we wear every day and immediately regret when they're not in the clean pile. The Allevol T-shirt is exactly that. An ultra-basic piece, but with Japanese precision.
Founded in London by Kenta Sonoda, Allevol (short for All Evolution) was born out of a fascination with mid-20th century British and American utility clothing. Inspired by workwear and military heritage, Kenta develops timeless, robust, and meticulously designed pieces.
THE RIGHT WEIGHT.
The Allevol T-shirt is thick without being stiff. It weighs just enough to hold up season after season, without losing its shape, stretching at the collar, or twisting at the seams. No cardboard effect, no limp effect: just enough to fit perfectly, right away.
Knitted and sewn in Japan from 100% high-quality cotton, it has that dry, dense feel found on good old military or college T-shirts from the 1950s. It ages well, develops a patina, and retains its shape, wash after wash.
A SMOOTH CUT
Neither oversized nor fitted, Allevol has chosen a straight, slightly boxy cut designed to stand the test of time, far removed from passing fads. The proportions are balanced, the shoulders well-placed, and the collar reinforced. It can be worn alone or under a jacket, with jeans or dress pants. A true everyday T-shirt for those who just want it to fit well.
